Like many before me, I am struggling to find my place in Cinema with a faraway vision in my heart. It all started when I was in high school.

I am a recipient of the One World Media Fellowship for 2024.

One of 11 early-career journalists and filmmakers from the global south, we work on underreported stories. My documentary explores the inescapable fate of servitude entrenched in the generational system of bonded labour in India. It is a story of how its few survivors shaped their freedom.

Now, I play make believe at what I want to do. I am passionate about storytelling in its different forms and wish to tell powerful, sensitive stories about things that move me.
